Private Therapy Practice

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State. 

 

My particular areas of expertise include helping clients (ages 10-adult) who experience anxiety and depression as well as those who struggle with trauma, building healthy relationships and phase of life problems. If a client is so inclined, aspects of faith can be incorporated into the therapeutic plan. 

 

Therapeutic treatment includes: -Assessment and Diagnosis - Client-Centered Treatment Planning - Engaging in an unconditionally positive therapist - client relationship that may utilize a variety of appropriate interventions.

 

Education: Certificate of Advanced Study: Mental Health Counseling, Alfred University; Master’s Degree in Education and Counseling, St. Lawrence University; Bachelor’s Degree: Religious Studies and Government, St. Lawrence University
